Best Valentine's Day Gifts, Go Karting & Bowling in Melbourne

Hi there,

If you had children going back to school this week, I hope that everything went well!

Our first day of school was relatively smooth. Both kids arrived to school on time, with all the things they needed, and returned home happy and calm. That's all you can ask for, right?

As we're all switching back into 'business-as-usual' mode, I've been very intentional with following the morning and evening rituals I've sketched out in my Full Focus Planner.

One of my personal goals for this quarter is to complete my morning and evening rituals 80% of the weekdays (ie 4 out of 5 days). I am aiming to embed my personal rituals into my daily life to avoid decision fatigue and to install the good habits that help me perform at my best eg exercising, eating well, getting enough sleep, organising myself so I'm not scrambling around in the mornings and resetting the house daily so it doesn't resemble a bomb site etc etc.

My rituals work in conjunction with my family and personal Ideal Week. Last week I had several readers ask me about sharing my Ideal Week with them, so this week I'm sharing a free template download I use to set it up for our family. I hope you like it!

Do you have a morning and evening ritual?

Joyce xx

P.S. It's Valentine's Day in 12 days! If you're celebrating check out this curated selection of Valentine's Day gifts and hampers and where to order Valentine's Day Flowers in Melbourne (hint hint).
