Hi there Reader

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and for a lot of families it kicks off a long weekend, with Cup Day on Tuesday. That's plenty of time to fill, and probably a few too many lollies.

If your kids are trick or treating, the Event Picks below cover street trails and Halloween events in every part of Melbourne. Plenty are free.

Here are some photos of our team and their kids getting Halloween ready 🎃

Need some inspiration? Have a look at our list of Halloween activities, Halloween food ideas, spooktacular treat deliveries, and kids' costumes.

Do your kids dress up for Halloween, or do you do your own thing at home, like baking spooky treats or having a movie night? Hit reply and tell me.

P.S. Send me a snapshot of the Halloween costumes your kids have been rocking, if you feel comfy with that. I’d love to see your family!

P.P.S. If Halloween isn't your thing, there's plenty more inspiration for the long weekend in this newsletter. Our Spring Guide has more ideas in one place.
